Enjoy our weekly rotation of delicious organic wholegrain breads. BREADS WILL BE BAKER'S CHOICE - bread of the week will rotate based on ingredients we have available.
About our bread:
Handmade artisan bread loaves made in small batches with high quality ingredients. Always made with ORGANIC LOCAL MANITOBA WHOLEGRAINS freshly milled. We use other local Manitoba ingredients wherever possible (e.g. herbs, seeds, honey, dairy).
Minimum of 12-24 hour fermentation in our sourdough develops delicious flavours, and makes the bread more nutritious and digestable for you. This is beautiful slow food!

- Super Seed (flax, millet, hemp seeds)
- Light Rye
- Multigrain (oat, rye, millet, red fife)
- Red Fife Wheat (similar to light whole wheat)

- Friendship Loaf (wheat, rye, buckwheat)
