ABOUT OUR BAKED GOODS:
Our specialty is hearty artisan bread & seasonal pie!  All our baked goods are made with 100% ORGANIC MANITOBA-GROWN FLOUR, organic Manitoba grains and seeds, local honey.  We incorporate local Bothwell cheese, herbs & veggies from our farm, and local free-range eggs.  Our pies feature hand-picked Manitoba berries and fruit, as well as pumpkins and berries from our own farm.  We love to support other local farms and highlight fresh Manitoba grown products in our baking!  Non-locally sourced ingredients like mineral-rich sea salt, olive oil, spices, raisins and chocolate are high quality and organic.

Our small-batch artisan style breads are made with our organic sourdough cultures and long natural fermentation (at minimum 12-24 hours).  This adds nutrition and greater digestability for you.  We hope to built a wood-fired oven in the coming year to be able to bake with fire!

We currently bake once a week, with pick-ups at our farmstead on Fridays from 4-6 pm (be pre-order only).  Delivery is available to Winnipeg for our CSA members (by pre-order).  Thank you for supporting local, organic & small-batch!
We are grateful for all those who have saved seeds, tended land, and passed on plant knowledge before us. We live on Treaty 1 territory, traditional territory of the Anishanaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and the National Homeland of the Red River Metis.
As a small act of reparation a portion of our farm proceeds is donated to Indigenous-led food security programs in Manitoba.

For all Farm Store orders you will receive an email with specific pick-up / delivery details.
