DONATION PROGRAM

CSA Community Fund Pay-It-Forward Donation Program

MAKE A DONATION TO OUR CSA COMMUNITY FUND PAY-IT-FORWARD DONATION PROGRAM
At registration time CSA members are invited to pay into our "Community Fund Pay-It-Forward Donation Program.  The money raised in this fund allows us to provide a number of subsidized/sliding scale veggie box shares, directly supported by our CSA membership!  We currently offer 10% of our shares at a subsidized/sliding scale rate.  If you want to inquire about receiving a subsidized/sliding scale share for yourself or someone you know, please use the contact form below.

Subsidized/Sliding Scale Shares are best for households that:

  • eat a lot of vegetables and are open to trying new varieties
  • do not have a lot of dietary restrictions (related to vegetables)
  • have the ability to pay some portion of the share, ideally on a monthly payment schedule
  • are excited about being part of our farm community
  • have the means to pick up weekly shares at our farm (locally) or our St Boniface pick-up location
  • OR live in a south Winnipeg neighbourhood where we currently deliver

Interested in more information about getting a subsidized/sliding scale veggie box share?  Submit your name below and we will get in touch.

We are grateful for all those who have saved seeds, tended land, and passed on plant knowledge before us. We live on Treaty 1 territory, traditional territory of the Anishanaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and the National Homeland of the Red River Metis.
As a small act of reparation a portion of our farm proceeds is donated to Indigenous-led food security programs in Manitoba.

For all Farm Store orders you will receive an email with specific pick-up / delivery details.
