About: A gorgeous purple kraut made with our favourite local winter root vegetables! Sauerkrauts and other live-cultured fermented foods provide beneficial bacteria to improve gut health, digestion and overall well-being. Ferments are a delicious healthful addition to every meal! Eat daily! No vinegar is added, and this kraut is unpasteurized. Keep refrigerated.


Ingredients: Organic red cabbage; organic beets; organic carrots; organic onion, organic garlic; organic ginger root; Celtic sea salt; filtered water. Made with organic vegetables from our farm!
