About: The elder bush was traditionally planted at the edges of yards or gardens as a protector of those who lived there. Elderberry is one of the most beloved and valuable edible/medicinal plants found growing wild in many locations across North America. Elderberry syrup is wonderful for the fall and winter season when we need to build up our immune systems. It provides powerful antiviral, antibacterial, and antioxidant qualities. Also a dietary support due to high levels of vitamin C and bioflavonoids.
How to use: Take 1-2 tsp, as needed, up to 3 x per day. Can also be used mixed into drinks for delicious spicy berry flavour.
Ingredients: Filtered water, local natural elderberries and local organic rosehips harvested by hand at peak potency, organic ginger, local natural unpasteurized honey, organic apple cider vinegar, organic cinnamon.
Keep refrigerated. Keeps for 3-6 months.
Cautions: Not for children under 1 year of age (due to raw honey).
