In the Allium family, these chives are beautiful flowering purple plant provide lovely versatile onion flavour throughout a long growing period. The green shoots and stalks can be chopped into salads, the flower buds and open flowers can be added to potato and tomato dishes, soups, stews, salads, sauces and more.


The flowers attract bees and other pollinators to the garden, and chives are listed in the top 10 nectar plants for pollinators! A must for every garden!


Organically grown, with certified organic seeds and organic soil. Comes in a compostable pot.
