Cilantro (Coriander)
About:
Very bolt-resistant variety with good flavor and excellent upright habit for easy harvesting. Fast-growing variety great for cut-and-come-again. 55 days to harvest.
Sun/Soil
Prefers well-drained soil and full sun. Cilantro will bolt in the hotter weather. Frequent harvesting back of tips of leaves will help cilantro grow bushy, and prevent bolting as long as the weather remains cool.
Culinary Uses
Used raw or cooked, in salads, chutneys, pestos, sauces, and garnish.
Medicinal Uses
Cilantro is an antioxidant-rich herb that has been known to help lower blood pressure, and aid digestive, skin and brain health, among many other benefits.
Organically grown, with certified organic seeds and organic soil. Comes in a compostable pot.
