Pak Choy - Shanghai Green

Organically grown, with certified organic seeds and organic soil. Comes in a compostable pot.


Dark green, spoon-shaped leaves with wide, light green midribs and mild flavor. Shanghai forms densely packed, vase-like heads. 45 days to maturity. Plants grow 5-6 inches tall.
