Collards - Georgia heirloom

Organically grown, with certified organic seeds and organic soil. Comes in a compostable pot.


Tender, mild flavoured green. A traditional favourite collard green variety dating back to the 1800s. Itis heat tolerant, and cold tolerant, and slow to bolt. Non-heading, juicy blue-green wavy leaves will stand light freezing which improves their cabbage-like flavor. Plants grow two to three feet tall. 70 days to maturity (can eat smaller leaves too).
