A delicious and sweet-smelling perennial with a lighttaste like licorice/anise/fennel. It is an attractive, early-blooming herb with delicate, fern-like foliage,and clusters of tiny white flowers.
Soil/Sun
Prefers full sun to partial shade. Once established it needs very little care.
Culinary Uses
The fresh leaves can be chewed, or used in salads (leafy salads or fruit salads). They can also be used added to fruity drinks.
Medicinal Uses
Has been used medicinally as a tea for sore throats and to aid digestion. Is rich in antioxidants, from Vit A and C.
Comes in a compostable pot, hardened off and ready to plant. Grown with organic seed and organic soil.
