About: Echinacea is a must-have for any herb garden or pollinator garden. The flowers attract bees, hummingbirds and other pollinators. The whole plant can be used medicinally (leaves, roots and flowers) for teas and tinctures. Let roots establish for several years before harvesting. Also makes a great cut flower. The petals are edible, making a nice decoration for cakes or salads.
