Herbs - French Tarragon


About: French Tarragon is a fragrant herb that has both culinary and medicinal uses. It is sweet and flavourful, with an anise/licorice taste. It is a staple in classic French cooking, used sparingly in dishes with eggs or chicken, and pairs well with lemon and vinegar in dressings. Grows as a tender perennial (may not overwinter in zone 3) but is cold tolerant and hardy. It prefers full sun, and can be grown in containers or in the ground.


Listing is for one seedling, hardened off and ready to plant into your garden.
