NOTE - these garlic are "seconds" that are perfectly cured and big beautiful bulbs, but have a small nick or missing clove in each bulb. They keep just as well as our Premium garlic and taste delicious.


This large beautiful garlic is a mix of the popular Music and Chesnok Red varieties. It can be planted, and has been cured so can be kept in long term storage in your root cellar, cool room, or kitchen until you are ready to enjoy it.


Grown using ecological methods and organic practices here at Swallowtail Farmstead.
