About: Catnip has beautiful grey-green toothed leaves and delicate small white flowers. It is a member of the mint family, with characteristic square stem. Catnip is beloved by pollinators, so makes an excellent addition to a pollinator garden (and of course it is loved by felines)! The flowering tops have traditionally been used medicinally for pain relief, cramps, digestive upset, coughs and sore throats, in teas, tinctures and cough syrups. Continuously harvest the flowering tops to keep plant from going to seed before last frost.
