About: Anise Hyssop has attractive tall purple flowers, an enchanting licorice-like scent, and is loved by pollinators (especially bees). It has traditionally been used medicinally for aiding digestion, stress, and pain relief for sore muscles, among other uses. Both the leaves and flowers make a delicious sweet refreshing tea or infusion, and can be used for other culinary purposes. Harvest flowering tops continuously throughout the growing season until frost.
