This beautiful garlic is a mix of heirloom varieties Music, Majestic, Russian Red and/or Chesnok Red. It is ready for eating! And has been cured so can be kept in long term storage in your root cellar, cool room, or kitchen pantry until you are ready to enjoy it. Best if stored in a breathable wicker basket and out of direct light.
