Made with local ingredients, with love in small batches. Non GMO, gluten-free.

About: The elder bush was traditionally planted at the edges of yards or gardens as a protector of those who lived there. Elderberry is one of the most beloved and valuable edible/medicinal plants found growing wild in many locations across North America. Elderberry syrup is wonderful for the fall and winter season when we need to build up our immune systems. It provides powerful antiviral, antibacterial, and antioxidant qualities. Also a dietary support due to high levels of vitamin C and bioflavonoids.

How to use: Take 1-2 tsp, as needed, up to 3 x per day. Can also be used mixed into drinks or tea for delicious spicy berry flavour, added to yogurt, on icecream, etc.

Ingredients: ecologically grown elderberries, wild rosehips, echinacea root, astragalus root, reishi, orange*, ginger*

*organic

We are grateful for all those who have saved seeds, tended land, and passed on plant knowledge before us. We live on Treaty 1 territory, traditional territory of the Anishanaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and the National Homeland of the Red River Metis.
As a small act of reparation a portion of our farm proceeds is donated to Indigenous-led food security programs in Manitoba.
