ORDER BULK HEIRLOOM GARLIC
2026 VARIETIES

BULK GARLIC SOLD OUT FOR 2026

ORDER BULK HEIRLOOM GARLIC
SOLD OUT FOR 2026

All our garlic is ecologically grown, using regenerative methods.  We plant and harvest all the garlic by hand, prepare soil with compost and include cover crops in rotation between plantings to nourish the soil. We save our own seed garlic and replant every fall, choosing the best quality seed to grow high quality garlic for you!  Our garlic varieties are heirloom types, chosen for their beautiful colours and delicious flavour profiles!  The garlic has been cured and it can store well for 4-6 months if kept in it's paper wrappers, and stored in proper conditions.  We suggest storing in a brown paper bag or wicker basket, out of direct light and heat.  A cool cupboard or pantry is ideal.

Our 2026 bulk heirloom garlic is ready to order!  We sell by the pound (a pound is aprox 8-12 bulbs, depending on the variety).
We currently only have hardneck varieties of garlic available.

PRICING:
Bulk Heirloom Garlic $20/lb
The bulk garlic you receive will be a mix of the various varieties we grow including Music, Chesnock Red, Russian Red and Majestic.

Heirloom Garlic "Braids" (hanging decorative bundles) $30 each
The garlic "braids" are hanging decorative bundles that include colourful dried flowers and make a beautiful gift or addition to your kitchen.

Seed Garlic $5/bulb (limited supply available)
Larger bulbs chosen for their superior quality, ready to plant this fall.   Ideally plant garlic 4-6 weeks before the ground freezes.  Mulch well over winter.  These are hardneck varieties, which all produce a scape in mid summer that needs to be removed and can also be used for eating!  All are cold hardy and easy to grow here in Manitoba.

Choose:
  • Music (easy-to-peel bulbs with larger individual cloves, very popular Italian Porcelain variety)
  • Russian Red (a Purple Stripe variety, very hardy and delicious when roasted, very juicy for fresh eating)
  • Chesnock Red (a Purple Stripe variety, incredibly beautiful and roasted flavour is sweet and not overwhelmingly spicy)
We are grateful for all those who have saved seeds, tended land, and passed on plant knowledge before us. We live on Treaty 1 territory, traditional territory of the Anishanaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota, and Dene Peoples, and the National Homeland of the Red River Metis.
As a small act of reparation a portion of our farm proceeds is donated to Indigenous-led food security programs in Manitoba.
